Who are we?
NH Architecture are a Melbourne based group of architects and designers working in a collaborative, open forum. We pride ourselves on our supportive and positive studio culture that prioritises true collaboration and creative involvement from the whole team.
With this new role, we are looking for a generalist HR Advisor with experience working in professional services. We see this as a core role to the studio, that provides confidential, high-quality advice and support for both the team and the executive.
To give you a taste for the role, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver all HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle for all NH employees
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
- Manage and champion the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) throughout the studio, and oversee quarterly usage and annual renewals
- Oversee Workplace Health and Safety Obligations and ensure NH complies with all
- Support the executive team with employee relations across the workforce.
- Actively participate in the monitoring and improvement of HR processes and systems alongside the Managing Director
- Manage the annual performance review and remuneration review process
- Maintain up to date employee information and manage any sponsorship process and visa restrictions
- Monitor the legislative and regulatory activity as it relates to NH and develop employee policies as required

- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships through all strata of business
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite
