A creative studio environment
Our studio is a friendly place, where contributions from everyone are valued. We all sit together in an open plan space with plenty of break-out areas to spread out the yellow trace.
Our studio social calendar is vibrant, with drinks on Friday evenings, regular excursions out to site and a soccer team, if that’s your jam. We promote and support the wellbeing of our team through our free and confidential EAP service. And our Flinders Lane studio is equipped with bicycle storage and end of trip facilities.
Flexible support for parents and carers
We value contributions from a diverse team of people at NH and understand that supporting our team to care for their families through parental leave and flexible working arrangements helps maintain this diversity. We’ve recently updated our parental leave policy to reflect this commitment.
We encourage the cross-pollination of design ideas and knowledge through our weekly morning teas and in-house ‘Text Talks’ where we discuss issues influencing contemporary design ideas and culture.
A place to grow
We provide opportunities for ongoing professional development through regular check-ins and both formal and informal mentoring. We make sure our graduates and early career architects get the breadth of experience they need to develop their skills through our graduate program.
We also support our team through opportunities for training, CPD and registration support.
