She brings an aptitude for working with complex stakeholder groups and being able to incorporate a range of viewpoints while maintaining clarity of design vision. She is highly adept at design ideation and iteration and can draw on a large number of design precedents to communicate ideas to clients and design teams.

Her interest in the interaction between the landscape, the public realm and the community context, provides Lucinda with a mindfulness of the human scale, and for individuals engaging with the space. At NH she has led the design of Cassells House and has been integral to the development of a major, multi-site mental health project for the Victorian Government. She brings masterplanning, educational and large scale campus expertise.
