Emily is a highly experienced design leader, bringing strategic and collaborative thinking to the projects she leads. She is pivotal in supporting the design direction of the practice, ensuring we maintain the highest quality multidisciplinary delivery of projects within the practice.

She has a track record of delivering highly complex and culturally significant projects and masterplans such as Melbourne Park and Arts Centre Melbourne which have large stakeholder groups and significant community interest. She manages projects like this with practiced efficiency, planning for and anticipating the next phases and constantly reviewing as the project progresses.

Emily has a generous and open style of communication, enabling her to foster energy and engagement within a project team. She prioritises collaboration with the client and stakeholder groups, working hand in hand to ensure the smooth running of the project. She has also mentored several emerging architects over her career, supporting them as they shape their practice and hone their skills. In her mind, she gets as much out of these relationships as she puts in.
