Victor possesses an in-depth understanding of all phases of project delivery from inception to handover. During Victor’s time at NH he has gained experience on a variety of projects, which have further bolstered his expertise in coordination and documentation. Victor was an integral member of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Stage 2 Expansion team, contributing to multiple packages of work with a particular focus on resolving the design and technical aspects of the façade.

Victor has played an integral role on the Reimagining the Arts Centre Melbourne and the Arts Centre Melbourne Critical Asset Maintenance projects, contributing to the coordination and documentation of the upgrades to the State Theatre Flying System. Victor’s role involved coordinating aspects of the State Theatre Design and façade, whilst working with a theatre planner alongside structural and acoustic engineers, to come up with viable solutions within an existing theatre. Victor offers particular skills as a Revit documenter, which he has combined with a sophisticated understanding of how buildings are resolved and built. Further to his industry experience, Victor has also been involved in Design Tutoring and Mentoring at the Melbourne School of Design at the University of Melbourne. His interest in technology extends to the application of parametric workflows and complex geometry modelling.
