As a Principal in our studio, Matt brings over 25 years of project management and programmatic expertise within all aspects of our projects – through design, procurement and on-site administration across a wide range of project types. Matt’s array of experience on a broad range of developments in commercial, education, civil, telecommunications and event management sectors, allows him to offer a crucial 360 degree view of our project life cycles. Matt’s strength in analytic research of the site, neighbourhood context and spatial usage has been invaluable in projects from urban design master plans to accommodation studies. He brings multiple degrees in Architecture, Property and Construction Management and brings an ability to understand these situational intricacies with proficiency. This approach allows our teams that are led by Matt, to view the project from the perspectives of client, consultant and contractor – ultimately navigating a successful collaborative outcome.
