As a Senior Associate, Luis offers his experience in a large array of projects of varying scales and typologies, whilst specialising in retail. Luis has acquired significant expertise working on the Ormiston Town Centre project, with a heavy emphasis on the documentation of the town centre, design development and project delivery.
Luis’s contribution to the project during design development all the way through to completion, was strengthened by his proficiency in Revit and hand drawings. Luis contributed heavily to the development of the whole town centre, leading the documentation of several zones including the cinema, major supermarket and general retail stores. Equally, Luis’ strong skill set in coordination was vital in the successful communication and collaboration with international New Zealand consultants on this project.
Luis also has experience working on Caroline Springs Shopping Centre, the award-winning Burwood Brickworks, CUB mixed-use development and 144 Beds.
