Craigieburn Town Centre

The new Craigieburn Town Centre is located 26 kilometres north of Melbourne’s central business district. The town centre has been conceived and planned as a principal activity centre in the context of the Melbourne 2030 and Melbourne 5 Million plans.

A diversity of uses has been provided over the 65,000m2 site including a variety of retail in the retail core, entertainment, commercial and service providers as well as public space.

The development is divided into four quadrants by Main Street running in a north-south direction and High Walk, a pedestrian axis running east-west.

Town Square is located at the centre of the development at the intersection of these two circulation routes. Each quadrant is anchored by
a major tenant. Two supermarkets on the eastern side of Main Street are connected by a market hall selling fresh food. The western quadrants are anchored by two department stores
